How to be your own Coach

In today’s life where everyone wants to do everything themselves, it is essential that you get the right Info on whatever it is that you want to accomplish.
This is one of the reasons that the “How to..” market is booming and people are selling millions of e-books on the Internet. The downside of this is that there is an overwhelming inflow of information on the internet and anyone can now be an expert on a chosen Subject. How do you decide what is for you and what not? Do you read everything that there is on your specific problem area?
OK, what do you do?
What I do is just that. I read as many articles as that I can find on that specific subject from the Internet. I then mark anything I think can benefit me. I then copy and paste it to one word file. I then re-arrange it in an order that makes sense to me. I then make my own workbook from it. For example: If the author suggests that I Write down my goals, I create a space underneath the suggestion where I can write my goals.
I then work my workbook.
The topics I covered in this e-books are, Affirmations, Attitude, Belief, Change, Comfort Zone, Confidence, Courage, Fear, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Happiness, Ho oponopono, Intuition, Listening, Love, Motivation, Problem Solving, Optimism, Passion, Personal Development, Relationships, Self Fulfilling Prophecy, Success and Thinking
I reckoned that if I need it, someone else may also need the some info. So I started my own mini e-books on the subject of coaching. It consists of 25 different mini e-books of only a few pages long, but it contains only the info that I can use, nothing else. You can get it separately as well.
