GMA news reported about a gang composed of Children ages 7-12 years old who attacks motorists/vehicles stuck in traffic during rush hours.
The children were handed to DSWD (department of Social Welfare and Development).
Their mode of operation is they knowck on the window of the drivers side while another tries to open the door on the other side of the car. They will make a way so that the Driver will step out of the vehicle and they will steal whatever they find inside the car.
