What were you thinking?

I was Thinking about life.
Yes, I am always thinking about life.

We get our balance from duality.

You cannot have good without bad, male without female, negative without positive, laughing without crying and so on and so forth. Okay, so why do we always compare the two. I mean naturally we say "good or bad," "thick or thin," when we should be making them dual by using "and" as the conjunction. Without one there is no other. We use "or" as the conjunction more often than not and probably don't even realize it. There is a happy balance with both. Marriages are always better with an "and." If a battery has too much positive energy it will produce too much power but with an equal balance of negative and positive energy you have electricity.

I don't know how a person might incorporate this in managing daily life and understanding who we are but I think if we find a way to do that people will be a lot happier. As with duality, life is a cycle. There are ups, downs, arounds and in betweens. Learning to understand the cycles that are going on in your life makes you able to break the ones that need to be broken. Stop the madness!!

I am learning so much and ready to share. I am so caught up with the delivery of it that I quit writing for a while but I think I am back full force this time. I am just going to write at random, there may be a concept behind some of it and some of it may be completely pointless but I am just going to write. Like I used to.

Love ya, and remember, respect the duality and cycles in your life.
