I was surprised how good it tasted! It was similar to a pineapple- orange blend, (2) flavors I normally don't care for but found myself craving after drinking this.
The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the fasting that accompanied this particular product. I totally understand the purpose being to detox the body, & even though the formula tremendously helped in curving my appetite, it was initially hard to refrain from eating. And not because I was hungry, but rather because over-eating was a bad habit.
As you can see from the pictures at the top of this post, I DID lose some weight while consuming this for (2) days within a week's time period, although I cannot say for sure whether it was due in full to Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet or not. It may have been the act of eating less became easier as time went on, thanks TO the jump start from Hollywood Diet.
