Hey everybody... had a great first Monday of 2012. Woke up this morning after a good sleep. Had a good breakfast with my personal coffee blend! Was really feeling the day! The sun was out and I went out to shovel the new snow from last night. Went into town and had an AWESOME workout at the Y. Pushed it all to the limit. Had a sauna and shower, and am now at work. Don't have to do much tonight, as the outside conditions are too snowy and icy, so no patrols outside tonight! Got one more shift tomorrow, then off until Sunday!
Feeling that this is going to be a great year! Going on Wednesday to get my Forces application going, and saw something really cool on their website. This year, it looks like they are taking pilot applications. My eyes lit up huge! When I was a kid, it all I EVER wanted to do! I know I scored well on the aptitude test, so I'm hoping it was good enough for me to be considered. If I can get in AND get that profession, I will be OVER THE FUCKING MOON!!!
I know that many people had a not-so-great to downright horrible 2011. Something in the bones says its going to be a WAAAAAAY better year for all and I hope that this energy that I'm feeling gets around to lots of people!
