Twenty-four hours, Times Sixty minutes, times sixty seconds, equals 1,400 minutes or 86,400 seconds… all up to you today. You have the power to shape a worthwhile life!

Surprisingly, that wonderful life stems more from everyday decisions than from major defining moments. How do you use your discretionary time? What do you choose to mentally focus on? Do you pause for even five minutes to catch your breath and celebrate a mundane Monday?

All of this matters. All of this counts. All of this gives you the stepping stones or the ladder rungs leading to one fantastic existence.
