1) Brief background about the company you have studied
2) Name

4) Organization Structure
5) Existing Systems related to the particular subject under study
6) Brief writes up of the problem you want to study in that organization

Min 10 Pages Information for this section

C) METHODOLOGY - 40 Pages min

a) Problem - Main Objective of the study
Scope of the study Indicates Usefulness
How applicable it is & how it can be used by the organization for improved performance (Understanding of the subject & Conceptualization of the key areas)

b) Review of literature indicating research done so far with regards to the particular subject (Study Methodology of Data Collection)

c) Analysis of Data, Tools & Techniques: - data presentation which gathered during study in form of tables, Graphs, Flow Charts

d) Detail discussion about the present practices related to subject

If you suggest new practices / arguments have been introduced & Discussion (Innovative Techniques / approach to problem scheme)

e) Analysis of data collected or the effect of the new practices on the existing one

D) Conclusion & Recommendation - 3 pages min

Based on study done
What conclusion can be drawn?
Recommendation - The recommendations should have value to the organization
Benefits - Usefulness Implementation schemes also indicates as to what other techniques can be applied to improve the system
Any cost saving techniques, Precautions (Linking of recommendation to the objectives)

E) Limitations - If any of the study, Should Be highlighted. – 1 page min

F) Appendix - 1 page min

Copies of Questionnaires – 3 pages min
Copies of forms of company – If applicable
