Our run-ins with Wildlife continue…

A few weeks ago, A and I were eating lunch on the stairs at UCT when this handsome fellow showed up in search of  his own mid-day meal.

We might have missed the whole encounter had a friendly Student not pointed behind us and said, “Umm… you might want to eat your sandwiches somewhere else because he will come take them from you.”

But he didn’t, instead he found something to his liking among his smorgasbord of choices.

Then he was off to mingle with the student body.

This morning he was back, knocking over bins and tearing through garbage bags right next to the coffeeshop. The facilities manager must be tracking the student impostor on Campus because he was found and shooed away within seconds.

Though I have a feeling we’ll be seeing him again soon.
