It might be Common Sense for some.. it *is* common sense now I know about it, but it's best that I explain a trick I found out last week when I visited the hospital outpatients last week.
I had complained that it is fiddly to take off the speech processor, press the two buttons simultaneously, plonk it back on again and answer the phone in a short space of time.
I was shown a very simple (at the same time common sense) manner of doing it - just reach behind my ear, and press the buttons at the same time, and there it goes. It's not foolproof, sometimes the switching doesn't work and I end up in the sensitivity setting or the volume one but at least it works!
