My classroom has been described as a mini United Nations. It seems that every culture and people are represented. Because of that I have a problem.
I sit working at my 'desk' and smell an AWFUL smell. This goes on for weeks. I have figured out the smell but don't know what to do about it.
A curry smelling backpack.
I like the smell of curry being cooked at dinner time. I don't like the smell of curry coating a backpack.
The other day I thought I was going to just going to gag. I couldn't take it any longer. I decided to handle this little problem.
I pulled out the Febreeze and sprayed ALL the backpacks. The problem is solved for now at least.
Oh that reminds me of the awful smell that I couldn't get rid off 2 years ago. It smelled like a dead animal. One day I let my nose do some sniffing and found where the smell was the strongest. I found a tupperware container. I was afraid. I began to open it and realized that it was my students snack from weeks ago. It was Vietnamese food! I almost threw up!!!
I LOVE BEING A TEACHER!!!!
