Members of the National Association of Buffalo Soldiers and Troopers Motorcycle Club Central Frontier listened to representatives from the Alexander Madison Chapter of Greater Kansas City and Leavenworth Area 9th and 10th Horse Cavalry Association and the Richard Allen Cultural Center share the history of those memorialized at Fort Leavenworth’s Circle of Firsts and the Buffalo Soldier Monument during their regional meeting June 3, which included a visit to Fort Leavenworth.
