Going Through Stress

Nowadays, many people or I should say almost every person in the world is getting bounded by the clouds of “Stress”.

First of all, what is stress? Stress is anything which forces you very hard to go against the direction in which you want to opt.
Now, stress has become a part of our life. It has become like ‘common-cold’, it can catch everyone, at any moment, at any time. People from every category, such as students, office going people, actors/actresses, sportspersons, etc. It would be very wrong if it would not be considered as a serious issue. Now, it is time that it(stress) should be looked into very seriously because chances are very high that its(stress) results are very horrifying and would continue to be so if not checked seriously. It can force a person to do horrible things which include such Stuff that can make him/her incapable of seeing the next dawn.

Let us see how stress affects the lives of people all around us. A student always wants to get better marks, but this should not be about marks rather it should be about learning new things which would be beneficial for the student in his/her future. When a student decides to study for marks then he/she sets a target of some marks and usually gets stressed when he/she fails to get his/her target. But when the student gives more priority to learning new things & being happy then the mind gets filled with more knowledge & happiness, due to which there is no place left for stress there.

Students and their parents or guardians should know that marks are just numbers which may make you emotional for a certain period of time but the things which would make the student grow and improve mentally, are the stuff which they learn from their school or college days. If any student is getting marks through any means and doesn't care about learning new things, then it is going to stress the student, because the life would not be the same as it is in their school or college days.

There is nothing more important than our lives. Everyone’s life consists of infinite stuff, some of them are good, some are bad, some are happy and some are sad. We should not stop enjoying the other parts of life because of failing in one part of life. There are going to be many chances and other beautiful stuff after the failures because everyone’s life has its shares of good stuff and bad stuff, some people get the good ones early and some get the good ones later in their lives. And who knows, the stuff actually happened to you, was for your better.

People get stressed from things, such as breakups, failing to score certain marks in exam, office work, etc. The people who are in these stressful situations, should always keep in mind that these things such as breakups, etc. are not the only thing in life, I agree that it feels terrible in these situations but you have to participate in other things to move on. Exercising is a good option. It keeps our mind relaxed and helps us to think and do positive things. Getting involved in things which make you laugh, such as watching comedy shows, seeing funny stuff on the internet, makes you stress-free because laughter is the best medicine whether it is for stress or for other problems.

How to deal with people who are in stress? Sometimes only talking is not enough. If we find any person getting stressed, then we should remind him/her what beautiful stuff he has done in his/her life and what lovely and amazing stuff can do in his/her life.

At last, I want to say, “don’t let stress have control over you, always love your life and be happy in your life.”
