Dance - Dance like no one is watching. Really let loose! Get some blood pumping and get your energy up!
Break a Sweat - Your body will go into “energy-preservation-mode” the longer you sit and do nothing. Break a sweat once a day and stretch regularly.
Celebrate - Celebrate every little win! There is always something to be happy about and to get excited over. Celebrate whatever you can, no matter how small a victory it is.
Listen to Uplifting Music - Music with positive lyrics, motivational background instrumentals or just something to get you charged! (Use #1 in combination with this for extra energy!)
Laugh - Force yourself to laugh if you cannot find something funny enough. But if you can find something hilarious or save a list of things that make you smile, even better! Laughter = Positivity = More Energy!
Get enough Sleep - It doesn’t matter who you are, if you miss out on sleep you will feel the effects sooner or later.
Drink more Water - Your body needs more liquids than you think it does. Try drinking 4L of water every day for a week. You will notice a definite difference.
Eat less Sugar - The higher in calories the foods are the more time and energy your body has to spend in digesting them. Less is more in this case.
Get something done - This is again to feel better! If you get most of the stuff done before noon you will feel amazing, but you will also feel incredible just getting some of those things of your plate.
Allow yourself to be Happy - Most of the time you find yourself not laughing at funny things. Remove the restrictions you have for yourself and laugh out loud and be happy!
