Well that was weird! I seem to have spent last night running my own personal version of the movie Ghost Rider in a long running dream , complete with a flaming Nicholas Cage on a large bike, and complete with vengeful deaths! And even when I woke up to go to the loo I went back into the same dream when I went back to sleep - how weird is that? The only thing I can think of that would make me dream of Nicholas Cage is that I read this article in the paper where someone had gone to a lot of trouble to superimpose Cage's head on Game of Thrones characters!!!!! (Mind you having had another look at it I can see why it might have been a traumatic experience for me! ) The really funny thing is I've not seen either of the Ghost Rider films, just watched a few trailers and clips on Youtube!
