I thank God because I don't need any commercialized Safe Weight Loss pills to shed unwanted pounds. I lose it as easily as I gain it. That's how my body works. Not sure though if that's a good thing, but so far it works for me. I just eat whenever I want to, but I watch what I eat. It pays to eat healthy you know.
