Start running to lose weight

               The best way to lose weight and not build muscles is to start Running. Its easy to burn calories, you don't need to go to the gym, and you can do it alone, just take your headphones.




                   1) FIND TIME 
          In you want to start running on daily bases you need to find time to do it. Before or after work or school.
         


                   2)FIND ROUTE
          You need to find place to run; The park, woods, wherever you can go and run.



                   3) STRETCH BEFORE RUNNING
          It's important to not injury yourself. make sure your ,muscles are stretched good.



                   4) LITTLE RUNNING, LITTLE WALKING
           Don't be disappointed if you cant run 2 minutes without break. keep going its gonna get better.




                   5) EAT HEALTHY AND STAY HYDRATED
           No need for description on this one.
