Last night when I went to bed (waaaaaay early, I might add) there was news that they had found one body in the West Virginia mine and they were close to getting the other 12. I assumed the worse at that point. I tried not to watch any television coverage of the disaster, as I tend to really get wrapped up emotionally in these things. I woke up this morning and turned on the computer to read the news. I was absolutely stunned to find out what had transpired overnight in West Virginia. I know that I feel angry, confused and sad. If I'M feeling this way, I cannot begin to imagine what the family and friends of those 12 miners are going through right now. My thoughts and prayers are with them, along with the family of the miner fighting for his life at a hospital in Morgantown. I hope they get some answers.
