The Happiness Project: Or Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I appreciate learning the author's process on seeking happiness even when she's already happy.

I will be printing her Manifesto until such time I've drafted mine, soon after writing this review I hope.

I might've already known some of her keypoints but knowing how she applied them in her daily life made it more applicable and realistically achievable.
