The decision of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) for Cat Mba to continue with computerised CAT mba 2009 and to give just 8,000 candidates another shot at the exam in late January 2010 has not gone down well.

Candidates who remain to be tested and those found to have been genuinely affected by various glitches during the first testing period will be asked to appear for the test. The IIM are setting up the criteria to identify candidates eligible for the retest of CAT. The candidates will be informed by Prometric by e-mail.
