So in one week hairdressers can re-open.  I must admit that I was convinced that wasn't going to happen since the target objectives in the Pandemic weren't achieved at all.  I tend to sit out this pandemic by assuming worst case scenario's so it's usually better than expected which is beneficial for the morale . I must say the long neck hairs of the boys had been irritating me for a while and
