Some habits are odd. We Walk the Tour de la Warche so often but always in one direction. Then we stop at the bridge to throw stones in the water but disregard that the trail continues there. Early October I decided to walk the other way: we'd start at the bridge and then follow the river to the next village and return via village roads or the Ravel.  It was a lovely change of scenery and still so
