oh my goodness, Christmas is literally minutes away. and for this weeks post, we will so you our favourite Christmas treats, they are honestly THE most unhealthy thing in the whole flipping universe, but its Christmas, so its all good :) 

So to start what so will need is:
Cookie cutters 
Pastry- hand made or packaged is fine 
Cheese

so firstly cool out your pastry with a rolling pin and cut out a shape with your cookie cutter, once finished, sprinkle over with cheese and again cut the piece pastry, the same size as before then simply place on top. and repeat! once finished making your little sandwitches place them on a baking tray and again sprinkle another layer of cheese on top. and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes 

And Ta Da, the thing that might kill you.... but its definitely worth it! these are so yummy, and so flipping simple that a 4 year old could do them. so enjoy !
