In south Louisiana Crawfish season is basically done and now it’s on to Crab season. I’ll be trying to hook up with some Blue Crabs over the weekend to boil and clean. I’ve got recipes!

I’m still going thru with “The 4-Hour Workweek” by Tim Ferris’s that’s gonna take a while just because it’s a BIG book!! And I’ll be going thru it over the next few weeks taking new notes and reading thru my old ones.

Weekend

Something of Interest…..

A motorized Prosthetic Arm can sense touch and move with your thoughts. Biomedical engineers are helping develop a prosthetic arm for amputees that can move with the person’s thoughts and feel the sensation of touch via an array of electrodes implanted in the muscles of the patient.

My Experience: Sciatica!

This knocked me for a loop, big time!!! Incapacitated! Scared of the next breath I was gonna breathe! Seriously! That is a very painful experience. I’m not quite over it totally yet but hopefully soon. I’ve still got a touch of pain in my left thigh.

So, I’m back to two important things in my life. One is walking and yoga. This keeps me loose. Of course I think it was a walk carrying 9 liters of water after the bags had broke that caused the problem. I won’t be doing that again. The yoga got me moving about after stretching. I did have a couple set backs but, I managed to work my way patiently thru.
