Why be sad when you can be happy?

Tags: sadness

One of the worst statements I've ever heard in my life. Who chooses to be sad? Is it even a choice? For many people sadness is an overwhelming, relentless, all consuming feeling that will not leave them. To many people sadness is the enemy. An enemy that is so advanced that it can not be beaten. To others sadness can be a friend. Sadness follows you in life and judges every step you take, questioning wether it was the correct, or incorrect move. But who truly is sadness?  What form represents sadness. Sadness is ever knowing and all seeing. You are sadness. You decide how strong it is. Wether its that small, cold feeling shuddering down your spine or quite simply that occasional little bother. You can master sadness or succumb to it. You decide. Let yourself be the tamer. Force yourself to overcome these emotions and unleash who you really want to be. Don't allow yourself to be controlled. You are the master. Be the happy person you can be. For privacy purposes my blogging name is Mason. This is my first post and although it may seem deep and depressing it isn't. I will explain this post as you accompany me through my life stories. Unraveling and sharing my experiences.
