Raw Honey Facial & It's Benefits~

Hey~ Hope you're all doing great ^.^

All you're going to need is raw Honey, yepp that's it~ Now before I continue, there's a few things you need to know first. There's two types of honey that you can usually purchase at your local grocery store. Raw honey and pasteurized honey. Raw honey hasn't been processed and may look solid in the jar/container that it comes in. It will melt onto the Skin once you apply it. Pasteurized honey has been processed and a lot of the healing enzymes have been killed off because of that. This type of honey is already a liquid consistency. Because we want all of those good nutrients for our skin, let's just stick to using raw honey for this facial~ <3

Alright, first you're going to want to have no trace of makeup left on your skin. Make sure you cleanse that all away, because you don't want your pores to be blocked with all that stuff right? ^.^ Use any cleanser of your choice, rinse it well and then gently pat your skin dry.

Next your going to get about a teaspoon full of raw honey and start gently spreading it onto your face. It will seem thick at first but, the heat from your hands and face will melt it, making it spread easily. That amount should be enough but if it isn't, just add some more.

♥ Once your face is layered with raw honey and you look like a wax figure lol, leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour. You could leave this on for even 2 hours if you wanted to, letting all of that good stuff soak into your skin~

♥ After the time has passed, with luke warm water start to gently massage your skin as you rinse it off. This will give you a nice light exfoliation. Make sure you do not wash your face again with a cleanser, just rinse it with water. Pat your face dry and you're done~<3

Benefits~
Raw honey has healing enzymes for your skin, it contains a lot of nutrients and minerals such as Vitamin B, Calcium, Copper, Iron and Potassium. Using raw honey on your skin will help to even out your skin tone, moisturize your skin, brighten your complexion and lighten scars and dark spots. If you have acne, hyper pigmentation, sensitive skin, rosacea and eczema, I really think you should give this facial a try~

I have acne prone skin, on some days my face has no breakouts and then other days it does and I always get hyper pigmentation on my skin when a pimple leaves... Even if I don't touch it -.-". This facial has helped in reducing how much I break out, it helps to control the oil levels on my skin. I also noticed that it helped to lighten up the pigmentation on my face, just after a few times of using it. I usually do this facial about 3 times a week, I keep it on for 1 to 2 hours and if I don't have much time, I would just leave it on for 30 minutes. After doing the raw honey facial, you'll notice right away how much brighter and refreshed your skin looks, and how much softer it feels~

I hope you enjoyed this post and found it helpful ^.^ <3
Take care my honey buns haha~ Byeee :3
