Here is the 3rd Halloween costume/makeup look for this month~ Jigsaw's puppet Billy, from the movie SAW. Yes I know Billy is a male, but that doesn't mean females can't dress up like him as well =P
I honestly think that this look is super easy to do, it doesn't take much to complete it. Originally white face paint would be used as a base but, if you don't have any on hand or just don't want it to be that harsh of a white colour. You can use a really pale foundation instead, like I did. I also used red lipstick, red gloss, black eyeliner and black eyeshadow for the rest of the look. If you don't want to use regular makeup, you can use face paints instead. You can wear contacts with this look. If you choose not to, it will still look really good. Don't worry, you'll look like creepy little Billy even without contacts lol ^.^
Black blazers, white buttoned up shirts, red bow ties, black pants and black shoes are pretty easy to come across. So dressing like our little puppet friend here won't be hard.
I purposely made the red cheek swirls look a bit messy and wet. Just because, I wanted to make it look like I was freshly painted and I think the slightly messy look makes it more creepy=P Everyone's different though! So if you want to make it more neat or shaded, then go for it ^.^ It doesn't have to look like mine~
