She has super long dark hair with buns on top, with the Moon Crescent Symbol on her forehead and she wears a yellow dress with two black roses on the front of the shoulder straps. Luna also wears a yellow ribbon around her neck, and wears crescent moon earrings.
I was able to do her hairstyle just by making a couple of buns on the top of my head and securing them with bobby pins. I drew on the moon Crescent Symbol on my forehead. I made her neck piece with a simple yellow ribbon that I got from a craft store. Unfortunately I didn't have earrings that matched hers but, you could definitely DIY them. Also, I didn't have a yellow dress with black roses sooo I just wore a black top for the photo lol
When I was creating Lunas makeup, I thought about her original colours and purple fit very well. I simply drew a long dolly cat eye and used a pearly purple eyeshadow. I added some highlight on the tear bag area to make it stand out more and I applied a couple of coats of mascara on the top and bottom lashes. I used yellow eyeshadow and black eyeliner for the moon crescent on the forehead and put a touch of gloss on my lips.
