Hey guys. 

Just a quick, short, update  

I have been really struggling the last Couple of weeks. 

My end of module assessment for university is due in a couple of weeks and it’s full on. I know what information I want to include but trying to get the energy to sit and write it hasn’t been easy. 

Severe PMS (PMDD) has really kicked my backside this month. My cycle has been all over the place which means my symptoms have been going on longer, so the fatigue has been awful. 

The hayfever season is upon us and wow have my sinuses taken a right beating from it. Such is life. 

I apologise for my moaning but I want to get it all out of my system. 

I’ve had my pity party. Time to pick myself up and get on with it.
