Few days ago I bought some new make-up. I decided to review a part of it for you today. Another part is coming soon.
Today I'm reviewing two eyeshadows:
Maybelline New York Eyestudio Duo in colour 720 Brownie Gold & L'Oreal Paris Color Infaillible in colour 028 Enigmatic Purple |
Want to know what look I created with Maybelline New York Eyestudio Duo eyeshadow? Xontinue reading!
Maybelline New York Eyestudio Duo in Colour 720 Brownie Gold
This mini eyeshadow palette contains two colours: a shimmery champagne/gold colour and a shimmery brown. Both colours look beautiful!
Here's a little swatch for you (excuse my extremely hairy arm, haha!). I couldn't take a good picture of the colours, but I can say they look pretty nice on my skin tone. The champagne colour doesn't have a lot of pigment, just a lot of glitter. Brown colour is a bit less glittery and has more pigment. So I guess they compelete each other?
I've also created an eye look with these two eyeshadows, using brown on the outer corners of my eye and champagne colour on the inner corners. I've blended the colours and this is the result! Well, I'm pretty happy with it. What do you think?
L'Oreal Paris Color Infaillible in colour 028 Enigmatic Purple
On the first picture of this article the colour of this eyeshadow seems a lot darker, but this is more like it (maybe it's just a bit darker in real life). It does look as if the eyeshadow has some shimmer, but it has a matte finish. I really like the colour, can't wait to apply it on my eyes!
And this is how the colour looks on my skin. It has a nice pigment and I'm extremely happy with the colour, especially because it doesn't contain too much glitter.
And that's it! Do you have any of these eyeshadows? Do you like it? What's your favourite eyeshadow colour? Share your opinion in the comments!
~xoxo~
