How Does It Work?

Force of Nature is a planet-friendly alternative to other cleaners as it allows you to create your own cleaner at home. Simply fill the Electrolyzer with tap water, add a capsule, press the button, and in less than 10 minutes you will have a powerful cleaner! The Electrolyzer converts salt, water, and vinegar into two ingredients:

• Hypochlorous Acid is gentle enough that it’s used in wound and eye care.
• Sodium Hydroxide is typically an ingredient in toothpaste, skincare, and more.

One thing I like about the Electrolyzer is the indicator that tells you when you need to make a new cleaner. The cleaner lasts for about 2 weeks and the indicator light lets you know how long ago you made your cleaner.

Force of Nature is gentle enough that you don’t have to rinse and is safe to use around children and pets.

What Sets Them Apart?

I didn’t know that there is no federal standard for cleaners, especially ones that are marked as “natural” This means that brands labeled as “natural” might not be as natural as you think. As someone who suffers from Asthma, I have learned this the hard way. Daily exposure to some cleaning chemicals can be as harmful as secondhand smoke. Force of Natural uses just Salt, Water, Vinegar, and Electricity. They are also very transparent about their ingredients, testing, and the science behind their product.

Refills sell for $26.99 for 25 but you can also subscribe and pay $24.99. Broken down, you pay around 9 cents per ounce which is lower than competitors which range in price from 15 cents to 53 cents.

Thoughts:

Overall I’m very impressed with this cleaner, it has a very mild pool or peroxide smell and I love that I can use it on multi-surfaces, and it’s safe for my kids, pets, and even our old house. I’m always so nervous to use chemicals on the wood and surfaces in our house for fear of damaging it. My stepdaughter was interested in learning the sciences behind the device and loves helping me make more with supervision.
