One might wonder if the current players in Ukraine’s national soccer team will be able to play against Scotland on June 1st. Will the war be over by then? Will all the players be able to play? Have anyone been injured? Have anyone been killed?

The next game for Ukraine is set for June 8 against Ireland, after that game Ukraine’s next game won’t be until September 21 against Scotland and September 27th against Scotland.

Unsuprisingly all of the soccer players have been conscripted to the army. All of them are between 18-60.

While none of the soccer players have bern exempted from military service, the Ukrainian band Kalush Orchestra has been. They are expected to preform in Eurovision 2022 in Turin, Italy. However, Kalush Orchestra was not originally the chosen winner. (Kalush Orchestra was in Israel on tour when Russia invaded Ukraine.)It was Alina Pash with the song Tini zabutykh predkiv or Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors. Kalush Orchestra was runner-up and chosen as the Ukrainian number with the song Stephania. I believe Ukraine has a big chance of winning Eurovision in Turin, Italy.

Russia was suspended from competing in Eurovision 2022. Instead, Australia the only non-European country will participate. Australia was invited to Eurovision in 2004 but they have broadcasted the Eurovision since 1983.
