Light Free Weights
Free weights are great, but most of us don’t have room at home to store a full set. To help save space, I love a free weight that ranges from 2.5 to 8 lbs. Remember, choosing equipment that is easy to store and that offers you the ability to customize your workout day-to-day, will help keep things interesting!
