Raise A Toast To You

In my dream last night:

I was in an art class in school but didn't want to be there. I said to the teacher, ‘I don’t think creativity is something that should be graded on. I like to create my own style and now I'm being told how to do it.  Art is an expression, it’s not about comparing.’ I sat on a seat on my own. Nobody spoke to me. They were all following the teachers rules, obeying him and conforming.

Suddenly someone was squeezed up behind me. He had the same drink as me, a drink I love. I said ‘snap! I’ve never seen anyone with this drink before’. He said he hadn’t either. He was another me in male form and we were in complete harmony. We were looking into each others eyes with a deep love and I felt an immense connection. Suddenly we had our back turned against the teacher and we were holding hands with so much love streaming off us. Everything about who we were and the way we liked to live was in complete balance. I could be completely myself, I didn’t need to change.

Then I was in the future but I was an old lady and I looked like the queen of England. I was about 100 and I was at this persons funeral holding my favourite food, still feeling a deep love for him, like we had grown old together and had lived a whole life in equilibrium with one another. Then an old picture was shown of a man and a woman opposite each other, completely symmetrical. Like a love that would never be lost.  Beautiful trumpets were playing and tears streamed down my face. I said my last goodbye as his coffin was being taken away.

This dream is a representation of self Love. Once attained, it’s never lost. It’s about being in balance with my feminine and masculine side. Trusting my own way, regardless of what everyone else is doing and being in complete harmony with me. Being me is enough, nobody can get in the way of that now, all they need to do is come along and raise a toast to the magnificence of just being who you are!
