According to the Quran, a true follower of Mohammed will be devout and they will be dedicated to the cause. This means that they will be willing to kill in the name of Mohammed.

This is why the world views Islam in such a negative light. Contrasted with Christianity or even Buddhism, Islam is a very hostile religion that holds women down and it forces people to convert at the edge of a sword. No other religion is like this.
