My hip is still wonky. Walked around the neighbors yard and found some more of the almost dead begonia to try and save. Hip kept slipping. Got worse last night when I watered the outside plants. Then, finally, I fell in the kitchen last night. Scared me. Trying to take it easy today so we can go out tonight. I don't want to do the exercises the orthopedist recommended because that is what messed
