Well I did an 8 Km run this Morning and it wasn't too bad. I was slow but I did it. My legs were sore during the run... mostly the IT band and the calves. I stopped to stretch them at the half way mark and it seemed to help a bit. I also had to run with my water bottle in my hand because I could not find my pack this morning. I have a friend that I just picked up from the bus depot at 6am this morning and I didn't want to wake him looking for all my forgotten running gear.
Anyway I am now making him eggs and hashbrowns for when he wakes up because he has the biggest appetite I have ever seen in a man. Then I will take him home and I'm off to the coast to visit my girlfriend....
