Thought it wouold not hurt to share some of what I wrote.
Day 8:
Had a Dream it was clear as day , bright as spotlights and in 4k
Audio was crisp, format was lossless, Beats headphones, deep bassy tone
Screen was so curved it enveloped me, omni-directional sounds, display in 3d.
So jacked into my vegetative state something hacked into my beta waves
In my zone, hypnotized and zombified my ear and eye, and I - a mind drone.
The entertainment system became a remote control, distant signals distorted my soul
I ate lies one line at a time, hooked as I marinated in all the juicy sources.
Fell for every jester(gesture) from the jacks in the box, strings pulled like a marionette,
Played for a clown, my buttons where pushed causing in home Stockholm syndrome,
Forces fed forceps into my mind I was lobotomized by false concepts flowing from a faucet.
I was boxed in, dead headed six feet from the screen that was now my life support,
Drunken by the spirits within it,drugged, dumbed down and complicit.
Illicit content and imagery elicited contempt in me for my innate identity;
“Please tell me what to hear, tell me what to see, who to like - who to be,
“Confirm my bias, Confirm I’m pious, Confirm I keep it realer than those liars!
“Molest me more please, Tell me I’m ignorant, bludgeon me to death, keep me a simpleton,
“Offend my morality since I find release in the the bondage of spiritual violence,
“Bleached by the chloroform of conformed vision I’ll double down my conviction.”
And there’s no running no escaping from the Mass mind raping.
How deplorable we’ve built devices to make our vices portable,
Excited but unconscious,entertained but unaware of what truth is.
We feel unclothed without our electronics, our crutches, our nooses
“But it’s culture!” No you fool! The largest unit of culture is you!
You rather consume than produce, caught up, bieng bought and sold (for) views
Too confused by the ruse, aloof to the abuses that ‘enterTRAINment’ induces,
What is 'self fulfillment' when you don’t even have a 'self ' to fulfill?
My new dream is for everyone to secure minds- choose the blue pill,
Lose amazement of this mazy matrix, get off the grid, loose the blinds
That wall us off in numbness and solitude like sodoku needing numbers.
We are more than sex,ratings,catchy beats, dopey rhymes,cravings ,hatred and headlines.
We must push back the attack of the mass media and hit back in our own mediums
Nurture the nature of our Saviour within us ‘cause God knows we need ‘em
GENJUTSU KAI!
