Instagram is a free mobile photo sharing app and social networking platform, and the photos you share through it are called Instagrams. Originally an app for Iphone there is now one for Android so I've been trying some more (pretend) photography. The app comes with filters that can enhance the look and feel of the pictures you take and gives you access to other peoples instagrams  profiles and photographs, you can follow users you like and also like and comment on the photos you see. There is also the option to share to social networking sites like Faceboook, Twitter,Google +,Foursquare, Tumblr and others.

There is currently no blogger plugin for sharing instagram photos but a free, no sign up  resource is SnapWidget : http://snapwidget.com/ it is what I've used to share the ones below.


Click on the slideshow below  to see the lager picture I only have a few (about 20 at the time of posting), and not so good ones either lol but hopefully I can get out more to take some amazing pictures.
