so far so good. its true…Lyle actually is now enjoying work *hahaha*. what is he to say ? customer support for Streamyx is really something. Getting about 35 calls a day, Lyle listens to all sorts of people from all walks of life from aunties and uncles to technogeeks who screws their system over and of course the occasional celebrity who uses the streamyx product.

well one thing can be said, when the people call Lyle…Lyle is like a god to them, actually we all (the csr) are gods to you people. This is not a joke as we can make you do things to your pc. of course we wont damage your com…but with the fact that the customers has a vision of us as the “they are l337 streamyx tech-support”…the chances of us being bitchy is quite high.

Heck, even Lyle does bitchyness to his customers..but its still under the streamyx call center guidelines. so be afraid oo.
