Living in a place where typhoons and storms are common, Summer is our annual House repair season, so, this summer is no different. Last few months, the rain was really pouring and it took a toll on the paint of the outside walls. Aside from exterior Wall Painting, a roof repair is also on my list.
It is a good thing that we have just recently received the annuity check from our insurance . I am thankful that I am able to cash now this check that will fund my house repairs. Investing is definitely helpful in times like this, and I did not regret buying insurance.
If my calculations are correct, I may be able to afford an indoor wall Painting. I'll let my kids decide what color to paint this time, I just hope they don't become crazy choosing the color.
