Finding an Apartment in Ljubljana is not an easy task, since demand is much higher than the offer. The fact also results in very high prices. For example 500€ rent is barely enough of a monthly rent for a nice, new, 1 room apartment of size about 40-45m2. That's without expenses, of course. If you're buying, you better have 100.000€ on your account, if you want something close to decent (of course luxury starts at 300.000€..).
