When school ended last June, I was exhausted. Finals had drained me. I was stressed about the upcoming school year’s expenses and being on my own. I was concerned about my GPA, my internship, my job. To top it off, my heart was torn into pieces. Little tiny pieces. I guess I am dramatic but it was how I felt. The one boy who I had ever given my heart to, crushed it. And to put icing on the cake (the cake of shit), the day I was leaving for my trip, he (the one who broke me) didn’t even bother to wish me farewell or say bye. THAT WAS IT! That was the last straw. No more crying, no more sulking, no more wasting my life. No more! I was done stressing, I was done with school for time being and I was going to enjoy it! OFF TO BRAZIL I WENT!!
