I seriously can’t believe I haven’t posted the easy peanut butter fudge recipe before today. It’s smooth and creamy and perfect for gift-giving no matter the occasion.
Do you really need an occasion to eat fudge? I think not.

I love this peanut butter fudge because it isn’t one of those tricky fudge recipes where you’re using a candy thermometer or a cup of water to test if it’s done. That gives me all kind of anxiety. This fudge is far simpler, requiring only 2 minutes of boiling and some mixing.

In fact, you can have the entire batch done in about 10 or 15 minutes. Of course, you have to wait until this easy peanut butter fudge is chilled before cutting, but that doesn’t mean you can’t lick the spoon.

- 3½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup salted butter
- 2¼ cups packed brown sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Place powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
- Pour immediately into an 8x8-inch baking dish. Chill until firm.
