First you found the perfect someone or so you thought at that moment and then the two of you starts building a ship together (the courting, teasing, notes etc phase)..

And when you thought the time was right, you set sail together (highlighting the use of the 'In A Relationship' sign that Facebook created for those meddly people who just need to know who's hooking up with who) on course for the Isle of Happiness..

When you built the ship together all thoughts were to the bright sunny skies and romantic moments on that loveboat but when you are actually already at sea, you found out that sailing involves bad weather, rain, typhoons (fights and arguments) and sometimes even you'll encounter the windless situation (the phase where no-one speaks to the other also 'fondly' known as the Cold War)...

When navigations fail and is unreliable (this one is my favourite, the 'I dont Understand You' phase), the ship's course which was once set to that dream spot in life called the Isle of Happiness (marriage etc) is now lost...
Plus the fact that when there is no navigations, you wont know where the really dangerous rocks/corals (that one big Time-bomb just waiting to explode when hit, strangely reminds me of Minesweeper ^^) are located...

So when you hit them foul rocks, your Relation-Ship starts to sink...
This is now considered as the point-of-no-return, the make-it-or-break-it point...
When you find yourselves in the arms of Davy Jones's mighty waves (that phase of uncertainty, personally my least favourite =p), its either you fight it and get to the nearest land and rebuilt the Relation-Ship or you just let yourself go and drift off into Davy Jones Locker (bye bye Relation-Ship)...

The upside if you are successful in rebuilding the Relation-Ship is apparent to anyyone thats been on one, the journey to that Isle of Happiness is back on track...

In the other case, you have to start all over again. But dont lose all hope (and turn Emo like some friends of mine) because I've known it first hand that deep down in Davy Jones locker there's still a Lot of 'Fish' in the sea (mermaids included)!!
