Back online after a couple of days no access. Plenty of updates though.
First things first, having met my friend Monday Night we decided it was time to pick a date for our Michelin Star extravaganza so that we have a fixed goal to head for. However, this has moved my goalpost somewhat because it’s earlier than I thought it would be. We’re aiming for Thursday 10th December, so 11.5 weeks from the day we set the date! As-at today it’s only 11 weeks, eek.
So, back to Monday night, I didn’t get the bonus of the exercise from the badminton in the end due to a slight sportswear malfunction! Then, I joined my family out for an open mic night and ate pizza (though I did share half of one with my sis). So no surprise really, on Tuesday morning I’d put on three quarters of a pound. Drat.
Wednesday morning was better, I lost a pound so was back at 20 lbs to lose.
Today was the best yet, as I’d lost another quarter of a pound. So, to recap, I’ve now got just 11 weeks to go, 19.75 lbs to lose – still a very high target of about 2 lbs a week. I need all the luck, encouragement and determination I can get.
