What to Buy on Amazon: Quarantine Edition

So it’s been a while since I became an Amazon Associate or Influencer (not a fan of this word lol)… and I’m just about to understand how it works. haha. More than anything, due to the current Covid situation, I’ve been shopping mostly online, more specifically, Amazon, and I thought it would be helpful to share what I’ve bought the past couple months and plan to buy. I must mention that I got a puppy a few months ago, which is why you will see a lot of puppy stuff listed on my shopfront. It may take a while for me to fully understand how the program works.. or I may never fully get it.. haha but here is my Amazon shop: www.amazon.com/shop/tomimito

I will Continue to update the shop with all kinds of things I’d recommend. It’s mostly functional things that actually help you live a better life, I must mention. I don’t know who is still into high fashion stuff but I’m not one of them, and while most of my money has been going straight into savings or investment lately, what I do spend it on has been focused on making life easier and happier on a daily basis. I’ve been also reading up a lot on skincare and digestive issues. I’ve always been a pretty serious skincare junkie (I’m Korean, I can’t help it) but lately, I’ve actually been studying the ingredients which I hadn’t done before. Doing this has helped me find products that don’t carry things I don’t need (which can sometimes be bad for your skin), and also those that cost less in return. I will continue to add my findings to my shop. I currently am using The Ordinary’s Caffeine Solution for eye puffiness (which is awesome), Cerave’s Vitamin C Serum (I’m not so sure about this product, will have to wait and see. Been using it for a few weeks now, not really seeing any difference. Only bought it because it was cheaper than other Vitamin C Serums but lately I learned that it’s better to use one with Ferulic Acid and Vitamin E for a better result), and a Retinol product from Differin which I think is great for the price. I also use a bunch of Korean skincare products such as a Niacinamide toner, Hyaluronic Acid toner and Essence, and several creams that I already had before the research began. My focus has been to remove sunspots/acne scars that have been getting worse over the past few years since I moved back to California. I had them treated a few times in Korea with laser which brought amazing results, but I recently learned that the result isn’t permanent and sometimes can get worse if you don’t get them treated regularly which I’m unable to do until I go to Korea because the treatment itself just isn’t as accessible here. The more time you spend in the sun, the spots get darker which is difficult living in Southern California since that’s basically what it’s known for. Can’t escape the sun… AND oh more importantly, I also learned recently that you are supposed to reapply sunscreen every couple hours even if you are indoors. ugh. Why didn’t anyone tell me this earlier?!?!??! :T seriously, I wish I had known better. Oh well… so yeah, if whatever I’m doing right now doesn’t help me get rid of them, I will eventually have to take the laser route again. I’m just not liking how dark they get sometimes. I will continue to update the list. In the meantime, check out what’s at the shop, and let me know if you have any recommendations. Stay safe!
