If this first look doesn’t say Hedi Slimane, I don’t know what will. I actually had to do a double take to make sure I wasn’t looking at Saint Laurent. That’s probably how you know how strong Slimane’s signature style is as a designer. I’m loving the 70’s vibe from the collection, from the high-waisted straight Pants that are intentionally left long matched with super skinny belts and aviators. I just don’t know why it doesn’t give off a completely high-end feel. Could it be that luxury has become so commonplace now? Or is Zara just getting that good? Well, either case, you know where to find me shopping for high waisted pants in a few weeks.
