白帶魚算是一種滿好吃的魚類,只是就是刺多且肉少,但若是煎的恰恰,是真的香酥好吃。白帶魚也很好處理,只要放入熱鍋中,白帶魚洗淨後擦乾後,抹鹽巴醃一下,就可以放入熱油鍋中兩面煎熟就可以吃了。
