這道洋蔥炒雞肉，是我們家很喜歡的料理，這盤是熟的雞肉隔餐沒吃完，冰過後才做的料理，所以本身雞肉是有鹹的，且雞肉店因為有給調味鹽包，所以就沒有放醬油炒。
