its painfully obvious from what you can see
through your academics the numbers tell it all
seeing the dichotomy from then and now
it just screams out loud how far you've fallen
that the old you would harbor complete
and utter disdain for the ways you adopted
from spurning all else that wasn't an A
to scratching and clawing for just even a B
my, what a disappointment you are to me
and the ridiculousness of this next matter
is another issue that's depresses me so
is to watch you balloon up to the fat you show
you had suuuuch a stellar senior year of performance
running just one race in track, and not even PRing
the degeneracy continued from there, you packing the pounds
that while your mind still thinks you're capable of such
your blubber weighs you down; it just can't keep up
stop this trend before its too late
don't seal yourself to such a fate
and last but not least, of greatest concern
is your lack of direction and passion to burn
to push you towards what you desire
and help you kindle the greatest of fires

you keep telling me, i don't know what i want
your indecision and constant questioning
is bound to lead your only to your reckoning
so get your head straight and figure it out
or pretty soon, you're gonna make me shout
to sum it all up, you're depressing me so
in nearly every category you can, you gone so low
the determination and urgency in which you must bring
so that you don't end up stuck in some sling
